Glad you enjoyed the show! I just couldn't help but mention that my middle name was misspelled...
But other than that, thanks for the positive recommendation. We sold out our last weekend, so maybe you had a hand in that, who knows...

Perhaps next time you can begin without sounding like a pretentious snob. First off, G.I. Joe was a crappy movie. Second, your generalizations were far too broad and derogatory, maybe you can learn to phrase such things so they wont alienate people. You practically negate the rest of what you say in those first two god-awful paragraphs. If what you truly wanted to do was help people experience culture, then you shouldn't start by offending the "uncultured." It's highly self defeating, in fact, when people exhibit such exclusion of a part of their personality they want to develop, it can be called self destructive. Which is exactly what you accomplished here.

I clicked on this link for a review of a play, not your criticism of local culture. If you actually are an adverting major, then I hope this post is not indicative to how you plan to advertise. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's a difference between 'target audience' and alienation. Hopefully you can improve your writing skills to be a bit more open-minded.
